    Got another one Microsoft, Xbox one can't match up on a 32 In HP HDTV 1080 p sad i bought Ark survival evolved... and i cant even see my hp/stamina/ or weight or anything... so i basically wasted my 35$ on it thanks Aspect Settings / Xbox one Settings / Can't See Green lines :( i been a loyal member since the first
    Xbox and still am, someone gave me a PlayStation 4 i sold it >.> didn't play it i'm a Xbox fan, i just wanna play this game and enjoy my self after work... i was really looking forward to it as well... i don't wanna have to move to PlayStation 4 to play ark...
    i have done everything i have seen on here and followed everyone on the Xbox one, suggestion would it really be had to add on a aspect setting on the Xbox one? Would make it easier on everyone, then we can all just adjust it to the perfect spots...

    hdtv calibration on xbox one

    Hi,

    I cant find a way to calibrate my hd tv to see the greens lines with the xbox one, there is no ways to calibrate in my tv menu, i have try to reset my tv and the xbox to factory settings but its not working.

    The resolution is set to 1080p and to the native aspect but nothing is change still cant see thoses greens lines, it was working when i first set up the xbox one.

    My TV screen wont fit everything on it when playing Xbox One

    From the Xbox home screen navigate to Settings >> All Settings
    >> Display & sound >> Video output >>
    Calibrate HDTV,     and select Next until Aspect ratio and Sharpness is displayed on the screen. If you cannot see the green line on the edge of your screen, Use your TV settings to change the Aspect Ratio or picture size to show the green
    line at the edge of the screen.

    Snapped App "stretched" and doesn't fit properly

    All of my other games and while watching TV all fit just fine, or appear to be fine.

    However while in the display settings in the aspect ratio part, I cannot see the green box around the outside. My TV is set to aspect ratio 16:9 and no other modes on my TV can make it so I can see the green box.

    Hopefully they are working on a patch for this, I have a 26" Dynex (Best Buy housebrand) 720p LCD set that I use for my 360 and my One and I have no problems with the 360 cutting off the image but I can't see the green lines on the Xbox One calibration screen
    and I've tried everything with no fix yet.

    You put in a screen size calibration page but didn't put in anyway to move it.

    On my Sony TV the "Display Area" needed setting to "AUTO" to get the green lines on the edge of the screen

    The manual setting to achieve the same result is "Display Area - "FULL PIXEL", this is the setting I use for Blu-Ray and Xbox One.

    Make sure the Xbox is set to 1080p. Then go into you TV and find video settings. Look for a zoom or aspect settings on your TV, the setting may say screen fit, just scan etc. It depends on the TV. Try changing the aspect ratio of your TV.

    If you go to the "Calibrate HDTV" option in settings on the One, you can see the borders that the Xbox will use.
