Asks to switch to profile but still doesn't work

Try switching accounts, the game will only launch on the profile you redeemed it on. Maybe you had multiple profiles logged in and forgot about it. If that still doesn't work try going to https://beta.support.xbox.com/ and asking a rep to help you out.

Nothing of these works.It still says that the installation is almost done and i have to switch to the account where i bought the game

Please go ahead and try to follow this troubleshooting wizard if your game is freezing or crashing:“My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay”

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please try re-associating your Microsoft Account with your Xbox One. Go to Settings>Go all the way to the right where it says "Other People" and select "Remove accounts">Select the account in question to remove it>Go
to the sign in option at the top right of your screen and click "Add new" and follow the on screen instructions to re-associate your Microsoft account with your Xbox One.

Please also try to power cycle your Xbox One by
holding the power button down for 10 seconds (or until the light completely shuts off) and power it back on. You will know that you have done this correctly if you see the green Xbox One animation screen when you turn your Xbox back on.

Is the game that you're playing an Xbox 360 game downloaded onto the Xbox Series S or is it newer?

What game(s) are you experiencing this issue with?

Are you referring to an in-game profile that's still signed into the game after switching accounts? (Ex: Dad account is signing into the game and loads in-game profile. Dad switches from his account to son's account and Dad's in-game profile is still signed in)
