Asks to finish installing disk every time

Then I would recommend doing a result to factory defaults, if that don't help I would contact MS

Does this happen with all your disc games?

I would reboot the system: With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see the green splash screen upon
reboot. It may take a minute to boot all the way to the home screen. If you did not see the green Xbox splash screen, please redo it.

If that does not work, then I would uninstall and re-install the game it is doing it on.

It does it with every disc game. I've re-booted the system, un-installed and re-installed each game at least 5 times, and I still have this problem.

Do not use this option, use install only the contents of the disk.
