Asking to update account but everything is up to date.

Says my account needs updating to get a deposit but nothing is wrong on my account and everything checks out.

Everything seems to be up to date with your device. Please also check if everything is up to date with your Microsoft Store app by going o Library > Get Updates > Update all.

reason why i asked i noticed the ds/us light was blinking...i looked up after it stopped that a firmware update was taking place. im starting to wonder if the firmware up date happen that it locked up access to xbox live? i asked the snooty comcast guy
and he said yes there was an update and that i should be calling xbox about the problem since everything else is working.

Could you check if your Windows system is up to date?

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option (install optional updates if available)

If everything is up to date, please try instead create a new local user on your PC, then try install Xbox app in the new local account
