    So I'm posting this for a friend who's having issues with his Live...not sure if this is under the right forum subject.

    So my friend has been having issues with his Live account. If I shoot him an invite for a game, and he goes to accept the request to join, it drops him to the Xbox Live renewal/purchase screen, even though he's paid up through next month. This has been an
    issue for about a month now for him.

    He was on with Support the other day and we went through the whole chagrin of port forwarding and DMZ stuff and all that. Still didn't solve anything.

    Anyone know any issue like this before? Anything to try to find a solution?

    paid to renew my xbox live but..

    so i paid to renew my xbox live but its saying that it the renew date is tomorrow but the money has already been taken out of my bank account? does this mean i have to pay for it again in order to go online? will turning off auto renewal prevent me going
    online?

    XBOX gold is not working.

    Says we need to renew but, our subscription is paid through 01-09-2019. Anyone else have this? Our acct history shows paid through 01-09-2019 but, when we login is asking us to renew.

    Hi i was just curious if this problem got solved because i am currently having the same problem and cant access my xbox live gold not matter what i try i have got my membership for another 8 days and yet i cant recieve and benefits and i also have tried
    renewing my membership and still nothing

    Sorry to hear it and I know how frustrating the download history on the console can be. There is a workaround though and it's not from the store.

    Head to the link below and click on Full Games and then sift through until you find the one you want. Then select Add To Queue to add it to your Xbox to redownload.

    In an addendum to my PAID rant above, 6) If I choose to take advantage of a subcription offer on my account, when auto renewal is already disabled at MY request, I should NOT be subject to forced AUTO RENEWAL ON simply because I am purchasing and PAYING
