asking to insert a disc when the game is downloaded?

HELP please before the boyfriend throws out xbox one out of the window?

we have FIFA 15 INSTALLED on the games console but it keep coming up with error (0x87de2712) saying we need to re insert the disk.. but the game is downloaded?

and answers guys? please.

about the optic unit

Holding the disc is the ONLY WAY the console plays any disc, if I insert it normally sends a message saying that is not a game disc. When I insert a music CD it is normal, when I insert a DVD it is normal, I got to do the holding thing only for games.

insert disc when the game is digital

i bought Forza horizon 3 and i cant play it because its asking me to insert the disc but my game is digital...

EA is currently experiencing some issues with FIFA 15 and Plants vs Zombies connectivity with digital copies.

They are working on resolving it as quickly as possible, keep trying and you should get in once they have a solution.

I had a similar problem with the blue-ray.

I solved this way:

- Settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Persistent storage and Clear persistent storage;

- Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC address and Alternate MAC address;

- Store, Apps, Search = blu, and install blu-ray disc

If you unistall your game, try search "FIFA" and reinstall it

EAGLE i SNYPER

Any one have issues with their game not loading, asking to insert disc or download game when the game disc is already inserted? what about with xbox not booting up?...have had to unplug (from main power) xbox twice now for about 1-2 minutes then it starts
up.. What's weird is that it turns on and powers up but it doesn't load?!

When you insert the disc it is asking you to buy the game? The disc may be damaged. More info please.

If you own the disc of a supported 360 game for backwards compatibility you can insert the disc that will trigger the download for the game, when installed you can play that speed game as long as the disc is inserted
