Asking refund for xbox game pass

Hello.

I have a problem with Xbox game pass. I subscribed to the trial 2 month version for 8 zł (in my country). Didn't like it. I swear I thought I unsibscribed.

Today I got mail saying that the payment for 54,99 zł (polish money) had been realized.

I immediately tried to unsubscribe because one, I really thought I did unsubscribe before, which turned out I didn't, two, I would rather expect to see a payment request first or some kind of confirmation instead of simply realizing it without my slightest
knowledge.

I want a refund since I'm not using the pass ever since the day two I got it as trial. It's quite the serious money though.

What should I do? No one seems to be online on microsoft help desk either.

The support lady called me. I exhausted my problem so she checked my zero activity for the whole time of subscription except day one or two and easily returned my money. I'm glad it went so smoothly.

I see you would normally be able to claim a refund for the subscription normally given that you subscribed today.

By clicking on unsubscribing you would receive the following options.

If you choose a Cancel subscription and you are eligible for a refund, you will be provided two options: Don't charge me on (next renewal date) and Cancel immediately and get a refund.

If you choose Cancel subscription but you don't qualify for a refund, you'll be prompted to Turn off recurring billing and won't see a refund option. Turning off recurring billing will prevent the next charge.

If they do not appear, I suggest you contact support, only Microsoft agents can help you because as I said we are just community members like you, we do not have access to Microsoft payments and refunds. To contact them please use the instructions below.

How many days have you subscribed to the service?

Did you buy the subscription directly from the Microsoft store?

Hello Mateus, I could be doing better how are you, I tried doing these steps but when i got to the cancel subscription part it just says 'We can’t cancel your subscription" "You've already paid for your Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription".
