If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile

They probably are using your mac id and see it was already downloaded on one mac id under that account and doesnt allow another one to download. That would be my guess? They have the $1 trial back for game pass ult. Go to costco and purchase the 2 year
for $100 for xbox gold and purchase the $1 free trial. When I did that it gave me xbox game pass ult for $1 for my over 2 years of xbox live gold. Totally worth it.

I am another who owns multiple consoles and pays for multiple Gold accounts. The online pass is rediculous. I pay for the game. I pay for Gold. If online multiplayer is listed as a feature on the disc, I think these costs that I have already paid should
more than cover it. The argument that publishers need this money to keep servers going doesn't cut it for me. If they don't want to support a multiplayer game, don't make one. Most are peer to peer anyway. As far as used game sales go, if a game is traded
in and someone else buys it and starts playing it, that's still just one person playing the game online at a time. That game was paid for when bought new, so the publisher got their cut.

If you have never had game pass before, and currently have 12 months gold membership, if you buy 1 month of game pass ultimate you will actually end up with 13 months of game pass ultimate membership.

This only works once and can work for a total of 36 months so it might be worth your money to buy another year or two of gold before you upgrade

I have already upgraded once. So that means that i won't get a total of 13 months of Ultimate?
