    Asking for suspension to be lifted


    I was recently suspended on my account due to "Marketplace Theft". I only used my credit cards and paypal accounts on my account and the suspension said I committed "marketplace theft". I know for a fact they are my credit cards
    and PayPal's because I set the accounts up and also have the information to them. I would like to get my suspension lifted earlier than the two days it is suspended for. Thank you.

    The XBLPET generally do not discuss suspensions OP, check the message on your console for the date your suspension will be lifted.

    (Also suspensions are lifted at around the same time of day they were issued), so if you were suspended at 5pm the suspension will not be lifted until 5pm on the relevant date when the suspension is due to end.

    I don't appreciate being ignored I keep asking when will this so called 24 hrs suspension be lifted because it's been since Sunday I'm sure and I don't get no answers

    Whether the number is real or not that is not the official way to get your suspension lifted the ONLY way to get a suspension lifted would be to file a case review on the enforcement teams website.

    So by PepperyGaming giving out that phone number when someone asks for a contact number for XBLET so they can get there suspension lifted sooner that is wrong information.

    All Smwutches is doing is giving out correct information.

    No it was not "bashing" or disrespecting either members or the corporation but rightful information towards a question regarding suspension. In example: [Member X] asked if his suspension would be lifted at midnight (his timezone or any other time zone)
    and i replied that suspensions were lifted at about the same time said suspension took place on said date it would be lifted. The thing is this happens way too often and its total disrespect towards members giving said informations.

    you should call Microsoft at 1-800-469-9269 and ask them to look at your account to double check if your suspension is lifted or if its still on and if its been lifted have them look further into your problem.

    You can't ask for a case review if the ban/suspension happened over 12 months ago.
