Can you log into Xbox.com with your new email and password?

No, I have a passkey but sometimes it asks for my password I'm just wondering if someone else could be possibly accessing my account on the web or through a console..

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

It just means that you have your sign-in preference to lock it down. To change it you can simply follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings.

Under Account, select Sign-in, security & passkey.

Select Change my sign-in & security preferences.

For your reference here are the choices:

1. Make it fast, make it magic: Automatic sign-in with no password or passkey required.

2. No barriers: No password or passkey required to sign in, change settings, or make purchases.

3. Check that it's me: A passkey is required to sign in.

4. Ask for my passkey: A passkey is required to sign in, change settings, or make purchases.

5. Lock it down: Your Microsoft account password is required for almost everything.

6. Customize: Select this option to customize which actions require a password or passkey.

Do you have two step sign in enabled on your Live account without an authentication app?

If so, get an app specific password to use on your Xbox One -
account.live.com/.../AppPassword

If you don't have two step authentication enabled then let us know.
