Asking for Human Support sends me into an endless loop!

If I go to the Xbox support site ( https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us#0) to ask a question I Select XBox One and "Ask a Question" which takes me to the chat bot.

- I just need talk to an Agent

From there I get a "Go There Now" link which simply brings me to the Xbox support loop above. I.E. an infinite loop.

Man this is so frustrating.

I bought my Xbox from US to Thailand where the support is so appalling that I have simply been unable to contact anyone to raise my issues, local payments are not accepted, I have to insert the original disc for all my games to get them to play, cannot purchase
online and there are virtually no games available in the shops. My experience with this is so bad it simply puts me off ever wanting or recommending any Microsoft product for fear of similar treatment. If you live in a supported country then maybe but beware
if you think you might ever move.

Intead of using the virtual assistant click the more options button underneath it to bypass it, then it'll ask you more questions and give other options for contacting support. If you don't see request a call back or chat then change your topic.

First No matter what country you live in in order to play disc games the disc has to be inserted into the system.

Second Thailand is not one of the countries where xbox live is supported which may be the reason that the local payments are not accepted.

So i followed your link you provided but it just sends me back to the forums in an endless loop. I also tried re-logging but they didnt show up.

Is there another way i can receive the minecoins?

The call center just wants me to visit the link. The support link has no contact information that is available. I appreciate the try, but they have an endless loop to contact an Ambassador, or post on the forums.
