Asking for a xbox one controller (day one) substitution under warranty

Hi! I'm trying to ask for xbox one controller replacement on the site, but the only available option is to substitute the controller by paying 53 euros; since my warranty is still valid, xbox chat support told me that I won't have to pay anything, but I
need to send the support request form online. Yet I am not able to get the "free" option on the site section for xbox support. Any advice?

Xbox One Controller - Analog Stick Faulty

They are under warranty. I just sent my day one edition controller in for a button being sticky.

Actually, the controllers are covered under the limited warranty. You can go to Myservice.xbox.com, sign in to your profile, register your console and set up a repair for the Day one Controller. They will replace like for like, so you won't end up losing
your Day One controller.

Do you mean a Day One controller from the Day One console that launched in 2013? If so, I don't believe your controller would be under warranty any longer as that would have expired a while ago at this point. Any repair/replacement done via the Online Service
Center cannot guarantee a replacement Day One controller and you will likely receive a different, "regular" controller in return. Also, do note that there are shipping costs for accessories to be paid for by the customer - apologies for any miscommunication
on that front.

The refund process for controllers it's depending on the store you use to purchase policies, as Microsoft can only issue refunds on items purchased trough the Microsoft Store, and under certain criteria

What the warranty offers it's a functional replacement controller, to substitute the one you're nonworking one, as long as the damage it's due to factory problems

Warranty is 90 days, so it looks like it's not under warranty.

You can confirm this for yourself by going here and following the steps for replacing your controller. It should let you know if it's under warranty or not.

If you try to connect it with that cable and you totally disconnect your sister's console (remove the power cable), your xbox can be controlled by this controller?

One more question, the xbox is still under warranty? Since the problem with the sync button is real, I suggest you to ask for a repair under warranty if possible...

Hello, im sorry about what had happened about your controller. Now your controller is not under a one year warranty. Only the kinetic and Xbox is, the controller is a accessories and that's under just 90 days. So you are out of warranty of that and you will
have to buy a new controller. Im sorry about that.
