    Asking for a subscription when I have one.


    Any beta game or new game I get this and its annoying as I don't get to play the games at all.

    I'll expand.

    I go to log in to play the game. I click the game and says I need to select a plan for game pass or xbox live. I already have a active Xbox live plan with plenty of time left on it. This means I cant access any of the game contents and no way around this.

    Has anyone any advise on this?

    Yes, but when I go onto the link and click on the subscription I'm having problems with, it asks me to resubscribe to it. And so when I click on it and try to resubscribe to the subscription , it doesn't work.

    When I try to open a game, it kicks me out of the game saying I need to sign in or renew my subscription. But I've already done both. What do I do?

    Sorry for that, may I ask what subscription you have as active as well as when it will expire?

    Kindly ask the account owner to check and validate the subscription, please ask them when will the subscription expires.

    Sorry to hear you are still being charged. If you go to the services page https://account.microsoft.com/services can you see anything in there? Does it show cancelled?

    If you can't see anything there and cant request a refund, I would suggest speaking to Xbox Support aka.ms/contactxboxsupport and select Subscription and Billing > I don't recognise a charge.
