    Refunds for Digital games

    Asking for multi refunds is considered thieft, even if okayed by support. (read it in the forums long before the x1 even launched. Seems as if getting achievements is considered that you're happy with your digital purchase???) . So yes, you can get banned
    for getting a refund. Which is why I recorded my $5.00 refund request for Doom 1 and 2.

    They do not have to give a refund, just bare that in mind.

    You would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     as they are the only ones who can issue a refund.

    They are under no obligation to give you a refund & it is difficult to accidently buy something from the marketplace.
