    Yep I replied to his first PM 10 days ago, still no reply. Have now messaged him again but I am disgusted at the help from xbox support.

    Game-breaking Bug

    Well said. I tried the same exact thing a few days ago. I feel like I'm at one of my old testing jobs looking for bugs. I wish Microsoft would be clear on how to communicate directly with the devs, or at least reply to us themselves. My last ReCore unlocked
    achievement was 6 days ago when I was able to still move forward with the game.

    Please Help.

    It seems you've found a glitch in the system.

    I am trying to update my account from a child to an adult and I have called and messaged the support team but all they do is ask me to set my age and after that to wait 24 hours. I have now been waiting for 6 days and yet there is no change in my abilities.
    I was asked to verify my age and that I would receive a message with verification within 24 hours...this was 3 days ago and I have still not gotten any further help on this matter.
