    Move Xbox Live to Another Account

    Unfortunately, you can't move purchases or subscriptions like Live or Game Pass to another account Ask for refund gold pass :(

    Depending on when you purchased Halo and the Gold membership, you might ask the official support for a refund, so you can purchase the game and subscription again on a different account.

    But moving isn't possible currently.

    Sadly no unless you mean to say you have games pass ultimate as that includes both gold and games pass but if its just standard gold and standard games pass then no refund would be due
