    Ask for permission to purchase digital dlc


    Until today I was able to purchase games and addons with MY debit card. But now it starts saying "Ask a parent for permission to buy this" so I click ask now but my parent doesn't receive a email or anything to confirm it. I am in a Microsoft family thing
    and is this a parental control thing now? Because my parent is complaining too and we cant find a solution for me to continue using my own debit card without "asking for permission".

    usually when my son wantsto make a purchase it says to ask for permission and i get an e mail. For some reasonI am not receivongthe e mails bow so he is unavle to purchase anything. Can you help?

    If you are usign an adult account, this shouldn't be happeing, but, let's check it.

    Sign in to your Family page with an adult Microsoft account.

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    Find your account name and select More options > Spending.

    Under the Ask to buy section, switch Needs organizer approval to buy things to Off.
