Asian dynasties with STEAM keeps dropping net work connectivty but internet remains connected

hi, for about a year now Age of Empires The Asian Dynasties game keeps loosing network connectivity, hasnt really mattered as rarely played actual game. But now I have time again to play but still dropping network connectivity, can drop ten plus times
a day.

How to fix this problem please?

I use the complete aoe3 collection, Asian Dyanasties expansion downloaded with/from STEAM - my STEAM user name is jockqwert

Age of Empires III: ES Online Account Creation Error



Hello all, I purchased my AoE 3 product off of steam (it was the expansion pack with war chiefs and asian dynasties); however, when I try to create an ES Online account to play multiplayer the error [101] message keeps popping up. I have
filled out the information multiple times and have tried different account names/password combinations but it still doesn't let me. I have never created an account online before either. The Installation went perfectly fine so i can't figure out what the problem
is. I also visited the community support website but still can't find a solution. If anyone can help that would be awesome! Thanks guys!

 

Can anyone recommend a fibre optic Router?

I should also add my internet keeps dropping but its not showing on the external line.

Sorry you're having connectivity trouble. How do you currently have your PC connected to the internet and when this happens do you receive an error message or does it just disconnect you from the game?

pc is connected by ethernet cable to router, broadband ip is talktalk. I can use wii fi too but error worse with wii fi so I nowadays just use ethernet cable connection ( hardline connection being better for gaming anyway, wii fi is for lap top, mini ip
pad and mobile phone

It instantly disconnects from game reading message "you have lost network connectivity, please restart game", or "you have lost internet connection. , in either case the screen instantly changes from game screen to message, instant game disconnection
too.

When message reads "you have lost internet connection" indeed internet connection has been lost.

When message reads " you have lost network connectivity, please restart game" the internet connection is still connected.

I have uninstalled game and net work card, rebooted, then reinstalled game and net work card. Cannot say I noticed any difference.

I also have many times rebooted router after 30 mins powered off, again no differences.
