    ASDA advert cancels Miscrosot Solitaire Collection


    Adverts often appear when a game is clicked in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. After the new ASDA advert has ended, though, the whole app is cancelled, and has to be restarted from scratch. This happens every time the ASDA advert appears, but does not
    happen with any other. Please rectify the glitch.

    How do I remove the advert for solitaire on a mobile which I don't have

    The advert to install Solitaire Collection on a mobile or Ipad blocks me playing. I don't have a mobile phone which can play games. How can I delete the advert?

    Treasure Hunt crashed on the first two attempts at a Bonus Level, possibly intermittent

    I got two more bonus levels: On the first one, the advert came up as "Cannot Load" with a Play button. Hitting the Play button played the prior advert, and I was able to complete the level. The second level went off without a hitch.

    The advert (MS Solitaire Collection) was the same for all three levels.

    Solitaire Premium is for Solitaire only. You will still get adverts for the other games, such as Treasure Hunt and Minesweeper.

    The ad content is moderated through a robust set of algorithms that take into account a wide range of parameters. We can take a look at what you mentioned above and see if something else might be going on.

    • Would you kindly provide a screenshot of the ad in question?
    • Please make sure to remove all personal information from the screenshot (Gamertag, Email, etc)
    You can reply directly to this thread with it, and I will investigate it further.

    If you're looking to remove the ads completely, the only way to do that is to upgrade to the Premium edition. This will take out all ad content and leave you with a clean interface.
