    I am signed into the internet, the xbox says my connection is good, and says there is a problem at their end, please try later. i can only play offline, other days i get the message saying goodbye keith just after it starts up, every single day now for the
    last 12 months i have this problem, i have tried wireless and cable connections but still the same thing happens, yet i can play my xbox 360 each and every day online with no problems, I pay good money for this crap, Main issues were with the dreaded forza
    horizon 3 but now it seems to be all xbox one games. I an not a newbie, ive been a gamer since they were invented and yet i have never ever had problems with any console like this garbage, I get the very rare occasion where the thing actually lets me online
    so whats wrong? i would be very grateful for any help to overcome this issue before i throw it out the bin. Thanks people!

    You can still sign in your profile using voice commands. Simply say: "Xbox, sign in as [insert real 1st name on account here]."



    So under my account, my name is Keith, so I simply say: "Xbox, sign in as Keith" - it hasn't failed me yet.

    While your Xbox Live is connected, can you share your detailed network statistics from under network settings? If you haven't already tried, please also try removing your profile from your Xbox One and add it back after a power cycle.

    Keep us looped in when you get a chance as soon as my xbox one starts it says "hello Keith" then 30 secs or so later "goodbye keith" :)
