Thanks for your response. Try removing and re-adding your profile to the console, this should help with refreshing your subscription status to your console. To do so, follow the steps here:

Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on your Xbox One. After removing the account, be sure to perform a

hard reset, then add your profile to the console.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you believe that another individual is using your son's Xbox profile, it would be best to update or change the password to the account in order to prevent any further entry into it. You can also
check the Xbox console itself to see if the other person's profile is listed as being on the console and remove it.

You may wish to also ask your child if he has provided any friends/other persons with his account information and/or made his account the Home Console account on any other console's outside of the home. If he has, you can adjust the home console status by
