Checked the location of my Microsoft account. Its correct right up to my city. British Columbia, Canada.

Does your account region match your physical location? Most of the issues with codes for that game are region related. Since that code is region locked, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game
is available for download.

I already checked, but my region is the same as my location (france).

Yup on the correct account. And the weird part is I’ve bought games on this account before. I even double-checked my location to make sure I was in the U.S.

Still nothing

At first, I would check the location of your account is using.

It might be set to the USA instead of your actual location.
