    Hey there Everyone.. I noticed recently my Xbox One has been behaving strangely.. Including on Xbox.com.. On Xbox One S.. It loads stuff very slowly or sometimes it doesn't load at all.. Another example would be that Videos that my friends on Xbox One share
    is not loading properly.. Another one I noticed is that The Store Part is also loading Slowly.. I try searching up Halo 5 Guardians as an Example.. I was able to see The Add Ons, The Preview Video (On top) and Stream Broadcasters (On the Bottom of the feed)..
    I wasn't able to see Game Photos or Any Game Videos created by others.. Lastly that I noticed is that, On Games & Apps.. If you highlight" Ready to Install ".. Almost every Title is covered in a Xbox Symbol instead of showing the Game Title Art..

    And as for Xbox.com.. I was having problems connecting to the website.. It was loading very slowly..

    Is anyone who owns Xbox One and/or Xbox One S having Similar Problems?.. And is there any fix against the problem?

    Slow performance on dashboard even after clearing system cache

    Hey, so recently I switched my 360 console to a new one, transferred my gamertag via the recover option, and since then the dashboard has been occasionally performing slow, even after turning it off and on again, not loading any profiles, it's still like
    it. I looked this up and cleared the cache but it still hasn't improved? It's very slow connecting to xbox live and very slow loading the dashboard Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

    Prize history not working

    I do one more test. I let loading Prize History for long time (2-3 hours), and when I come back, the history is on screen. So prize history only loads very slow. My internet connection is fast (20 MB/s).

    I also forgot to mention... I had already attempted to Restart several times, Hard Reset included too, Disconnected my Modem and Replug it in and such.. No success.. I have 300 Download Speed, 35 Upload Speed with Open NAT Type in USA.

  5. Hmm?? I think my problem has solved on it's own.. As soon when I was finished typing down my problem on my PC.. I left the Xbox just load on Games & Apps on Ready to Install... After I posted and Move The Highlight up to Memberships... And back to Ready
    to Install.. The Game Titles Art all Loaded fast now.. I was a little bit shocked, I went to my friends Video at first, Still didn't loaded.. I went to the Store and Halo 5 all Loaded Successful.. Including The Game Videos and Game Photos.. I restarted my
    Xbox One to see if the problem would be there.. And to my surprised.. It hasn't (Probably for now?)... The Game & Apps now load fast, My friends Video now worked after The Restart and The Store also works normal too.. I am very glad myself.. Thank god that
    I can continue to use my Xbox One... I will update in case if the problem returns.

  7. Hello Mister Beep.. After Last Night.. Which I thought it finally it fixed itself.. I discovered today that the Same Problem has returned.. My Home Dashboard running a bit slow, in my Games & Apps in Ready to Install is running a bit slow, In Halo 5 Guardians
    where you wait til the messages appeared: They run to open very slowly, Some Tiles are missing from my Home Dashboard (Like an example: Games with Gold is missing and such on the right), In Community, I can't no longer open my friends video again.. As for
    the Xbox Store.. It seems a bit normal but also a bit slow.. I was able to search up Halo 5 like an example and Managed to see Game Images, And such, Except The Videos which doesn't want to play.....

    My guess is either The most recent Update which I believe it was The Spring Update (Where you press The Big White X Bottom on your controller once) had problems or The Xbox One Dashboard is suffering Stability Problems or maybe it can be something else entirely..
    Which I probably don't know..

    My Xbox One is connected by Ethernet Cable to the Modem, And according to the Network Settings.. My NAT Type is Open along with at least 155.62 Download Speed and 34.34 Upload Speed. (The Internet at Max according to my PC is: 300 Download Speed and At least
    35 Upload Speed.).. As far I am aware when using the Network Settings.. The Download Speed and Upload Speed is mostly Random depending on your Max Internet Speed..

    I hope you Mister Beep or someone else can help me out.. Please!! This problem is sure is annoying!!

    I found out the Source of the Problem finally.. The reason why it was behaving Strangely and such on my Xbox One is because of my Internet Provider Modem... I start up my Netgear Router and now it's running like Normal everything (So far?).. But on one new
    problem sadly.. Now in my Network Settings it's saying that my NAT Type is Strict and it says on Further information that: Your Network is behind a port-preserving port-symmetric NAT... To be honest I haven't seen this at all.. So I got no clue how to fight
    against it.. I might as well see if I could get another Modem.

    Do you happen to have more than one Xbox console (either Xbox 360 or Xbox One console) connected to the same network? If so, start out by enabling UPnP in your router's settings and then power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button down. If
    you happen to be port forwarding, remove that for now to stick with UPnP to troubleshoot. If you haven't forwarded the ports on your router, and UPnP leads to similar results, try
    forwarding Xbox Live's Ports on your router and let us know if that helps.

    Could you post the specific brand & model number of both your router and modem? That will help us a bunch! As April/20/2017.. My Xbox One Dashboard is very slow Loading Times.. =( :)

  10. Hey there Mister Beep!.. My heavy apologies for not replying or responding this whole time... Yes I have Two Xbox Ones.. One for myself and One for my brother..

    Also Mister Beep? I am very sorry but I managed to fix the problem now.. How you may ask?

    Okay, Since The Arris Router & Modem at the same time were causing my Xbox And PC Xbox Stuff to Slow.. I hook up and restarted my Netgear Router.. From there, I noticed my Xbox One was working but my NAT Type was on Strict.. So I took the Arris Router &
    Modem at the same time back to my Internet Provider and I told them what happen and what I should do.. In the end, I got a Arris Surfboard 1.4 gbps Modem Only from Walmart and a Modem for Telephone Only..

    Short story, I got my Xbox One and My brother's Xbox One all working now and with NAT Type: Open..

    But now I got another problem unfortunately.. This is probably not serious but I can't stop thinking about it though..

    Do you Mister Beep happen to know if I were to connect The New and Main Modem (Arris) and The Telephone Modem by a Coaxial Splitter would cause my Internet to lose Signal? or possible it won't happen?.. So far I noticed, There is one Coaxial Splitter being
    used (For TV and Such).. If I connect another for The Two Modems, Would I begin to lose Signal?

    Great! Happy to hear the NAT's open. As far as splitting goes, two way splits are common and should work out fine if you have a phone & internet modem, but you may want to reach out to your provider if any issues do arise with those set-ups. We do only recommend
    using one internet modem with a wireless router attached.

    Now for everyone who is wondering or Confused.. I had two problems which now is Answered and will most likely be solved.. I am no expert on Router, Modem and such.. But here is the story overall of what happened to the point of being fixed.

    April/20/2017. On that day and night.. I was having problems with my Xbox One UI and Stability Problems and Everything that involves Xbox on my PC.. I thought it could had been my games and such.. I format it all.. Nothing changed.. I fully Format my Xbox
    One, Nothing Changed..

    At some point shortly while trying to discovered the source of the problem.. I noticed my Brother's Xbox One was behaving with the similar problem like my Xbox One Console.

    Now, I thought before running out of options and possible switching to either PS4, Nintendo or PC Steam.. I thought " What if it could be the modem or network problems.." When I hookup and started up my Netgear Router, I disconnected The Ethernet Cable of
    my Xbox One connected from my Internet Provider's Router & Modem Device (Note: From what I heard, This type of devices isn't very good for Xbox..) to the Netgear Router only.. And to my Surprise, My Xbox One Begin working!.. So it was my Internet Provider's
    (Cox Communication) Router & Modem Device... But with a new problem though.. My Xbox One was showing that The NAT Type was Strict.. And As far I read and learned.. Having Two Actice Routers isn't good news.. Or at least connected within each other. (The Router
    & Modem to The Netgear Router.)

    Next Day I went out to The Cox Store.. I told them the Situation and my plan.. My plan was to have my The Netgear Router as the Main Source to bring out Data, A Powerful Modem Only for Receiving Data and such and a Device for a Telephone House Phone.. After
    me and The Cox Worker talked and such.. I got to return the Router & Modem Device because it isn't recommended.. So Before I headed back home, I went to Walmart and was about to Buy this Netgear Modem of 680 Mbps.. But then I told this Young Lady Worker if
    this Modem is recommended.. And she said it isn't The Strongest and Compatible with Cox... So she showed me this Arris Surfboard 1.4 Gbps Modem and that it's Compatible with Cox.. She said this Modem is stronger than the One I selected.. So I bought the Modem
    Only Device..

    Next day.. I went to Cox Communication Store again.. I traded the Router & Modem Device for a Cisco Modem.. And he said, Just hook it up and Connect the Cable and done.. But he didn't told me I needed the Coaxial Splitter.

    After arriving home and after hooking up the Arris Modem Only. My internet on Xbox One and PC all Xbox Stuff has finally worked successful!.. And with NAT Type: Open...

    Now as April/26/2017.. I Just spent Yesterday and Today without a House Phone because I didn't had a Coaxial Splitter to Connect and Hookup my Main Modem and The Cisco Modem for Telephone... Tomorrow (April/27/2017) I will be heading back to the Cox Communication
    to see if they got a Coaxial Splitter and one more Spare Coaxial Cable.. And to finally continue on Gaming and with my life.

    The End of The Story.
