Habe mir vor einigen Wochen CoD Black Ops 4 vorbestellt... Leider hat mir die Beta nicht zugesagt. Ich würde den Artikel gerne stornieren... Leider ist die Option "Artikel stornieren" nicht mehr verfügbar obwohl das Spiel erst in 4 Wochen rauskommt! Gekauft
wurde es per Gutscheincodes über den Xbox Store.

Ist es noch möglich zu stornieren??

hi, for refunding try the following (this also works with pre-ordered games)

Go to https://account.microsoft.com

login to your microsoft/xbox account

Click on "Payments and billing" --> "Order history"

This will bring you to this page: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Here you will find the game you have bought, with a button "Request a refund" or cancel (see example picture)
