Arrrrgh! Updates, updates, updates!

Every time I turn on my xbox, there's a bloody update required before I can play!

I wouldn't mind so much if the xbox servers weren't so slow! I have a good fibre connection here with around 70mb/s download speeds. I can download a 1 or 2 gigabyte file to my PC in less than a minute yet downloading a 250mb update on the xbox takes 30
minutes!

Microsoft, you have to speed up your servers if you are going to insist on these never ending updates.

You need to set your xbox up to do auto updating :/

 

I am in the preview program and for the past 4 months have not seen one update due to letting the console auto update itself, turn on and play, love it.

 

I have a 500mb/s DL speed and not 1 single game has taken longer than 45 minutes to download. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to grab a tiny update as well. I know because I start cooking my grits when it starts and It's just getting done when I start to eat.
I'm a fast cook I guess. Not complaining just saying.

 

I understand your frustration but be glad these updates are coming. I know a lot of good people on a different console that would appreciate frequent updates. Just do what Loboto does...get you some grits and by the time they are done your update will have
completed
