    Arrow TV Show Freezes my Xbox completely =(


    When I go to Xbox Video, I search Xbox Video for "Arrow", when i click on it, all of a sudden my Xbox freezes completely.

    Different approach; I go to My Videos and click My TV Shows.

    When I choose an episode to watch from Season 2 of Arrow, it says "Playback Error An error occured during playback. Status code: 80070005

    One thing to note, when I click on season 1 episodes from "My Tv Shows" it'll let me playback season 1 episodes, just not season 2. PLEASE HELP!!!

    hannibal s2 e10 missing ~

    i have the season pass for hannibal season 2. the season 2 episode 10 is missing from my television shows. episode 11 has show up. i've refreshed my purchased items multiple times.

    also, i have the season pass for green arrow season 2 and the entire series has vanished from my xbox. if i search for a green arrow and try to click on the show, the xbox itself freezes. this is repeatable.

    Live TV APP Freezes After Navigating Menu

    The issue has now escalated. After Live TV freezes or the error is show console will completely turn off.

    Turning on produces a green xbox one screen only available if power adapter unplugged. Normal shut off/restart skips this process after it has been turned on.

    I'm seeing the same thing. Also, when you go to video.xbox.com and look it up it only shows episode 17 of season 2. Weird.

    I'm having the exact same thing. I was watching up to episode 12 with no problems and then all of a sudden, playback error starting popping up everywhere and I could watch anything anymore. Not cool. Now I can't even access it without the xbox freezing.
    Wth !?!?!

    Happened to me too. I click on the show and the xbox freezes up completely. Tried it like 5 times, had to restart my 360 each time.

    I bought sixteen episodes, but then could not watch any of them. I got a hold of xbox live support and they said it would be a few days. This was on friday

    I bought the season pass for season 2 and only got halfway through before it disappeared. It's annoying that Microsoft hasnt even sent an email to people that purchased this content to let them know whats going on or even offer a refund. To me this is like
    buying a dvd at walmart and then walmart steals the dvd from you.
