    After so much problem with servers down every other week, why is it that we still pay full price? If the product is incomplete, we should be offered some kind of compensation/rebate! This is defenitely not acceptable! We don't care you're sorry and working
    to fix it, it happens too often. You really need to find a solution to your never ending server problems if you want to keep your customers. I'm sure I'm not alone about planning to switch to Sony...

    I know your answer is alway the same, so don't even bother...

    Me too. Everyone is having issues and its unlikely that Xbox is going to offer any resonable level of compensation.
