Getting kicked constantly off of Xbox Live on Xbox 360

    Thank you for the response!

It is a Motorolla Arris, SBG6700-AC. According to the packaging, it was supposed to be compatible with gaming consoles... as for multiple, I have no idea.

You're the first to have noticed that. What solution would you suggest? We're still learning a lot. Should we not have static IP addresses? Before, we were told we needed them...

  3. Hopefully someone can help me out here

I experience continous disconnects from xboxlive. I have a wired connection And everything else continues to work fine. I've set a static ip and put it in the DMZ. But that didn't work. So I turned that off and forwarded all the proper ports. That didn't
work either. I also have the upnp enabled and the firewall level off. my hardware is "**** Touchstone SBG6700-AC Wireleas Cable Modem Gateway. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Xbox won't connect to live

Arris? ARRIS? Do you have a TG852 or TG862 series gateway from Comcast/Xfinity?

Frequent disconnection with Motorola sbg6782 router

It could be a problem with Comcast but the SBG6782 is known to have serious frequent disconnecting problems and bugs with the admin interface. I would recommend the SBG6580 over the SBG6782 unless you really need MoCA networking or wireless AC and desire
an all in one modem/router solution. The only way I have been able to keep the router stable is by having a computer on the network continually ping a web address in command prompt. I cannot explain why but just an observation. Arris and Comcast both have
not been of much help. I am hoping that Arris/Comcast release a firmware update soon for this router. A search online will show you all the problems people are having.
