    Known Issues

    There are currently no known issues for this device.

    *UPDATE* 1/11/2016: There is a known issue with this device that causes random disconnections and reconnections on the Xbox One console due to the firmware in this gateway. In order to resolve the issue simply set up a DHCP reservation for your device by
    following this:

    DHCP Reservation

    1.Open a web browser.

    2.Enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.

    3.Enter the username and password if the gateway asks.(admin/password)

    4.From the menu on the top select LAN Setup.

    5.From the menu on the left select Client List.

    6.Select the Add button.

    7.Enter the IP Address and MAC Address of the Xbox.

    8.Select Add Client.

    After this is set up you may need to power cycle your modem.

    Most disconnections that happen immediately after signing into your profile are caused by corruption. Before replacing your modem I would delete your profile, clear the Xbox system cache, restart the console and then try to download your profile. If that
    still doesn't work then look into replacing your modem. Arris modems are terrible anyway so replaving it will be good in the long run anyway.
