    Thanks for reaching out to us today. If you're receiving a NAT warning when you connect to Xbox Live, see the
    Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution. To
    let your Xbox One console communicate with Xbox Live, you might have to open or forward ports, which means you'll be making a configuration change to your firewall or network hardware, such as a router. (this will make your NAT open)

    These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port 4500 (UDP)
    You can find information about opening ports on your router at the
    Port Forward website. This website lists commonly used ports for various apps and games, but if your router isn't listed
    or you need more help, contact your Internet service provider.

    How to open NAT type on Arris Router

    You can access the router settings by going to your computer or cell phone and typing this in the address bar

    192.168.0.1

    Or

    192.168.1.1

    It should bring you to a screen where is asking you for a username and password.

    The username is always “admin” The password is always “password”.

    From then on you can change any settings for your router/modem you need to.

    Arris Arris DG860A: Double NAT

    Same here. Happened about 2 weeks ago after the update. Have been on with support a few times and they tell me to call my ISP. I work for my isp. I’ve been though the network with my boss and there are no problems. Not to mention we have many other clients
    on our network using Xbox Live no problem. This is clearly Xbox software issue, we need a fix.

    Using just the xb one

    Wireless... I connected to a cable and everything work like charm

    UPnP its enable

    Nat type is Open

    No error code encounter

    Things you have tried: Disabling and re-enabling upnp with power cycle. Putting Xbox one in DMZ. Disabling the only IPv6 setting i see in my device homepage.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Says my NAT is behind a fire wall. My NAT type shows as OPEN. I turned my router firewall off but it fixed nothing.

    Any Error Codes you encounter: Status Code 0x40000000000

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): New wave Communications (Formerly known as CMA communications)
