I can see that you have two devices doing NAT. The "Arris TG862G" and "Belkin f7d6301". Can you verify if the Arris TG862G is operating in bridge mode, since this device is a modem and router (NAT) in a single device. You should only have one device doing
NAT (Network Address Translation). Thank you!

It is an Arris. Are they that bad if so can you help me out

if its an arris tg---- , its most likely the bad guy....
