XBox rendered useless after 1.5hrs with support -- 0x80a40019

The arris and the linksys are both router's , is the arris in "bridge mode" ?

Just upgraded to Cox Contour 6, but can not find the control code for it. **** AX013ANC

Tried that already when I visited the UEI site and it didn't work. I also went through all of the Arris codes that the Xbox had under Arris to no avail. Anything else you could suggest?

Similar issue (maybe same). I get this idiotic status code, but when I go to settings->System->Network Settings->Test Xbox Live Connection it tells me everything is fine -- except I can't access my game (Defiance). When I check "Xbox Live Status" everything
is "Normal." But clearly something is broken. At least one of these services is lying to me, I just don't know which one.
