    How long does it usually take for a payment to be processed for an account in arrears. I want to get back on to xbox live but the payment isn't being processed quick enough, thanks

    Suspended! Prepaid a year but MS wants me to buy a month at full price

    Pre paid cards don't cover auto renewal payments and you can't use them to pay off any arrears you have.

    Xbox live issue

    You must not have turned off auto renew and your account is now in arrears.

    Adding a pre-paid card will not remove those arrears.

    You will need to add a credit card or call support to arrange another method of payment.

    Smashing your console will not affect anyone here or at microsoft, smash away.

    You may go into arrears with PayPal. That's generally how it works.

    Unless you are already in arrears from a previous monthly subscription, in which case that must be resolved.

    Hey there wassup599! Did you mean you had Auto-Renewal on? If so, Auto-Renewal bills you in arrears, not in advance, so in other words, arrears is a bill you get AFTER you use something. So if you cancel, it's still going to charge you for your previous
    month of Gold. This is why you will get suspended for removing your Credit Card before canceling your subscription. Thanks! :)
