    Arrange a repair


    Hi,

    bought a controller from the microaoft shop for my daughter and now rhe RB button is a bit iffy. Tou have to press it really hard to work. Im trying to arrange a repair as its still under warrenty but can not ger the repair to submit and aend me the email.
    It goes straight to the log-in screen and once ive logged in, i have to start again. Anyone have any sugestions?

    Once you open your console Microsoft will not touch it for a repair. You're best to arrange a repair, do that online as it is slightly cheaper than calling support and arranging a repair.

    be sure to try it via a different browser (or inPrivate browsing) or even on a difference device to see if that helps anything.

    If it doesn't help and you keep running into this issue then I suggest contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) and they should be able to set up a repair request for you.
