Bonjour,

Je suis plus qu'outré par une de vos pratiques plus que douteuse. Mon garçon a acheté le jeux Minecraft Xbox One après vu qu'il pouvait avoir la mise a jour gratuite vers la nouvelle version. Mais voil on paye le jeux, on l'installe, le message apparait
"cliquer ici pour la nouvelle version GRATUITEMENT" on clique et voil l'arnaque 25,99$ si l'on le veut. mon garçon de 10 ans a payé avec ses sous et l vous venez de le volez. Qu'allez-vous faire pour corriger votre erreur ou est une nouvelle façon de faire
plus d'argent? On dit que le temps de la mise a jour gratuite est terminé mais le message lui continu de dire que la mise jour est gratuite. Il me semble que quelqu'un a fait une erreur et que depuis un an cela devrait avoir été corrigé ou est-ce plus payant
de laisser cela comme cela???

The information provided by Erick above would determine that this is no longer available for update, and would best be handled by the developer as this does inquire about a specific version that they were requiring their users to retrieve.

The original console edition is still an available title to play, but will not include the updated benefits of Minecraft, the official new title for the franchise:

Q: What is going to happen to the old console edition?

A: The old console edition will not be available for new purchases after the full release of Minecraft on Xbox One and Switch. Existing owners will still be able to access and play the old console version
and minigames, but those versions will not receive updates after the official release of Minecraft.

Hi, is physical, one dvd. But when i put the dvd on xbox one i have again message is free.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with the Game Minecraft. Is the copy that you purchased a physical copy or the digital? If this is the digital version you should still be able to get the free update but there is some requirements before you
can update.

Q: How long will the Better Together Update be available as a free download to players who own the console version of the game?

A: Owners of the disc version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition will have until January 30th 2018 to have played Minecraft for five or more hours in the past 12 months OR purchased a DLC Pack. There is
no cutoff for digital Minecraft: Xbox One Edition owners.
