Armor and rank reset

Help I had the legendary edition of halo reach and was the rank inheritor and had everything unlocked and it all rest

LOCKED - The "Ban Hammer" has been upgraded.

I been noticing a bunch of people who's ranks were reset, playing in Firefight with me lately.....All got reset because of AFKing..... I know they were reset, because they still had thier armor & commindations... so really, the reset isn't much of a problem....
I wish my rank were reset letting me keep all my armor & commindations.... It sucks when I enter a lobby & people see my Noble rank & decide to target me.... lemme be a recruit & play

 

My ranked got reset on MCC..

I haven't touched it. Waiting for the green light.

 

I had the same problem myself and I was a Brigidier.

 

I was a Lt. colonel grade 2 and i used my credit to upgrade my spartan online to Sergeant grade 2 and it set it for online and offline. once i tried to get back the credit i had before, the game was done and it said,"offline credit limit reached" when i
had only 4602 credit

 

This honestly sucks a lot of needles

 

please tell me how to fix this, i am very upset
