    Armed forces Controller not charging


    I recently bought the special edition Armed Forces wireless controller for my Xbone.. It was running great, and had no problems. Once I stopped, and having a Nyko battery pack in it, I connected it to the Nyko charge base and it does not register.. If I
    take out the battery pack and put it in my original MS controller, it will register and charge.. So, I am wondering if there is something in the special controller that wont let it charge on the charge base? If I use the cable, I can charge it, but defeats
    the purpose of the charge base.. I have already replaced this as I thought it was the controller that was faulty, but second one does the same thing,,..

    any ideas??

    Xbox one Armed Forces Controller VS Normal Xbox one Controller.

    Hi Guys, I just bought a New controller this past week, It is Armed Forces controller, (Camo one) And if im not Mistaken I think the Armed Forces controller is Lighter than Normal Xbox one Controller, Now if there is anyone else in the forums who can agree
    with me or even Own both controllers and use a Scale and see what the weights are. Anyway Right back with what you think and this subject with your Opinions!

    So I can see this being a bit of a problem for those members of our armed forces who pack their XBox ONE's into their rucksack in the hopes of cracking it open late at night for a sneaky play while in the middle of the forest...



    But I don't see how this is a problem for anyone with broadband.

    Fierst off I have an IQ of 137. So yes I understand how everything work. I work as a COBOL/VB/C++ programmer and I am the main IT tech. Yes there is a point. They have down time which is limited. Some may have more than others. They are allowed to
    play. Though I think they might get in trouble if they use the encrypted up link to connect to live. Here is the link I read in case you missed it. I could not link it do to the WiiU limitations. HERE.
    I don't care about John and Jane Doe. I do care about our military. That is my point. I really pulled my pre-order back and I am not getting one. I just wanted to see how much attention Unibrow was paying.

    It does not "BRICK" itself. It locks you out of the games until you connect again. Go get a sub and try and connect to the internet.

    I'm currently in the military serving USN. Did two back to back deployments as an ABE and had minimal downtime. I personally have no problem putting my gaming on hold until later. It just means a ton of games to play afterwards. Like right now :p

    of it matters as it refers to me. When it comes to our forces it does matter. They are fighting and dying so I can have my choice of both consoles and an internet connection. Yet they go places it's impossible to have a connection. If I don't play everyday
    it's not like the one will never work again. All will be fine when I connect again be it 24 hours or a thousand. They are forced not to have that option.

    It's still selfish because you didn't care( and were aggressively against it) until it was something you directly care about. You have very little sympathy for your fellow gamers. But either way all that really matters is that you finally realized how messed
    up this is. MS doesn't care, they just want to monitor their customers and anyone who can't be monitored can go buy something else.
