Tenho um Xbox One X com 1TB de HD e 233,8 GB livres. Ao tentar copiar arquivos de um pendrive para o armazenamento interno do Xbox one, através do explorador de arquivos, o mesmo só permite 15,3GB de arquivos, e depois acusa espaço insuficiente. Por que
isso acontece? Pretendia vender meu notebook e ficar somente com o Xbox, porém é inviável se só tenho disponível 15GB para meus arquivos.

Obrigado. Não achei que o espaço para meus arquivos seria tão limitado. Vou comprar um HD externo para resolver o problema.

Hello Moises,

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you are trying to transfer files from a notebook to an Xbox console, it all depends on the files. The majority will not be compatible with the Xbox console. What is it you are trying to copy to the internal HD?

A maioria dos arquivos são videos e fotos, reproduzidos normalmente pelo Xbox. Porém, só consigo transferir cerca de 15GB para o armazenamento interno, após isso uma mensagem de "armazenamento insuficiente" aparece para mim.

[Edit - Translation] - Most files are videos and photos, normally played by the Xbox.
However, I can only transfer about 15GB to internal storage, after which a "insufficient storage" message appears to me.

Thanks for reply and update on the issue with transferring files to the Xbox One. I recommend to review the following article: Manage storage on Xbox
One.

Most of this space is available for games and apps, though some is reserved for saved games, console software, and other system functions. So, even with no games installed, you won’t see the full 500 GB or 1 TB free.

If you need more storage, set up an external storage device.
To manage both your internal and external storage:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System >
Storage.

In the right column under Manage storage, a graphic for each drive displays the percentage of space used, the available free space, and what games, apps, or features are using storage space.

Give this a try and let us know the results.
