Arkham Origins; disc unable to work on Xbox One.

Your disc may be dirty and/or damaged, you can troubleshoot disc related problems here

I checked the library and the game is indeed on the backwards compatibility listings, so there shouldn't be a problem playing the disc otherwise, I suggest you do a power
cycle for the console.

Try cleaning the disk with a soft cloth i know its simple but sometimes it can be the simple things.

Yes arkham origins is the only one on the list. It does gove me the message when i put that disc in and also is there a way to request backwards compatible games? It is only Arkham origins, City and Asylum having this problem as i dont use any other 360
discs. I can insert dvd and blu ray to the console and it works fine.

The problem with the disc versions is that when I tried to load them up on my Xbox One, the game wouldn't load. Honestly, unless Arkham Origins can be played, it shouldn't be on the list.

Are you trying to install it from a disc? Arkham Origins is not available digitally.
