My account has been permanently banned. Where is the help when I need it no one replies and my post ain't even been posted. I even messaged some clown from the enforment team and they didn't get back. Xbox is full of
[Mod Removed] altogether they can't even help me. Someone reply asap I'm sick of waiting its been over a week.

I get banned for people sending me hate messages when I reply they probably the ones that file the complaint against me. Its all one sided with the enforcement team. Nobody bothered to contact me about my acc getting banned. They automatically banned me
permanently. I have been a royal Xbox customer for the past 5 years paying my gold membership for what? Having been hated on during a game.. I want a reply and I want my acc back online or give me a refund since yous banned my acc.

 

The only people who can help you with account suspensions and bans are the Enforcement Team. They have lots of people to reply to and there is possibly a large amount of things to deal with, but keep trying to contact them on this forum, and wait for a reply.

When posting in the enforcement forums your post needs to be approved first so you will not get an answer straight away.

When you do it will either be on the forum or via a pm.

The enforcement team will not reply to any pm's you send them.

You will not get your account unbanned & you will not get any refunds.

It's no good posting here,the only place the enforcement team will respond is in the forum medium bloke linked.
