    ARK Xbox One client on Windows 10 Not Able to Install


    I purchased ARK survival evolved on Xbox One, then downloaded it to my windows 10 PC, I played for a while exited out, then tried to get back in and it would load for as split second then crash.

    I then decided to uninstall it to see if reinstalling it would fix this. After uninstalling went back to store to reinstall it and it says that I cannot download it to this device.

    Why wont it let me reinstall it? and will it keep crashing if I am ever able to install it again?

    Hello there, If you own Ark on the xbox you do get it for windows 10. Check the Microsoft Store on your pc/laptop and search for Ark and if it says owned then you can install it on your system for no charge.

    Anybody know when ark is going to be playable by pc and xbox servers?

    I just bought the game thinking ark was already a play anywhere game but was sadden to see it was only my xbox that was able to download it and not my PC as well. Will i still be able to download it on my Windows 10 PC? Was going to play Ark with a friend
    on pc and xbox but now that is not happening soon!

    Hi!

    Try to reset the Store app using the "WSReset.exe" command (you can use "Windows Key + R") and try again.

    Hi there Fernando. Thanks for this. I have been able to play with wired USB. Still, it isn't an ideal result.

    I can confirm I have followed the steps you have suggested. My Windows 10 installation is up to date and so are Windows Store, Xbox, Xbox Game Bar clients.
