Ark won't even launch

ark will not start and when I try to load it it comes up with the error code:

0x87e1017d1

Or telling me that I need to play on account I bought the game with Even though I bought the game

Update: This happens with lots of my games

0x8b05002b xbox wont update

Same error code. Ark won't update.

Ark update/installing problems

it won't let me download ark and the one time I was able to get into the game it told me to update it and I did but now it won't update it and won't let me into the game just send me to the store and from there I cannot do anything with it btw the posting
thing won't let me post on the ark forum

Hello, this might be related to some Xbox Live service issues. It should be fixed now. Can you please try again? Make sure you power cycle your console first just to be sure

It should work on your PC as well, try to play from www.xbox.com/play

there is no error I tried to do it on my phone but it won't work and I don't have an xbox one or later but on PC I just try pressing the button and it won't work nothing comes up but it is in the cloud gaming section so I'm not sure why its not working

I have tried everything on that list and sitll nothing has worked. I've downloaded many other games from the Xbox Game Pass app but this is the only one I've had an issue with. Unfortunately, nothing on that list worked.
