    Headsets

    just bought a tritton ark 100 headset but won’t work on the controller. I know its not the headset as it works on other device done updates still didn’t work can any one help please

    Hi,

    try removing the mac adress it requires you to reboot the xbox but usually it fixes the stuck download progression bar

    Thank you for advice . I’ve now managed to install ark but it the old version, had to install off line . Put Xbox 1 back online to do update and it won’t it won’t update .
