    Ark Windows 10 play anywhere, crashes after a few seconds


    So I just downloaded Ark onto my computer, I had originally bought a digital copy on xboxone. Each time I start the game up I can get to and start a local save but after a few moments of loading the game closes completely. It will close after a few moments
    even just waiting at the startup screen. My wife very much so wants to play on her new pc so any help would be appreciated.

    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes and shuts down

    Windows 10

    After a few minutes of playing it freezes for a few seconds and then window closes.

    Xbox app crash

    I am running ARK game on my windows 10 PC. I use the Windows 10 PC to run ARK as a player server. everything starts fine, we can play for hours sometimes, but it will get to a point were the Xbox app crashes and no one can join the ARK game . I took a picture
    of what the app looks like when it crashes. As you can see from the image below, the the images next to the names are gone. this is how i know the app stop working. The ARK game running as a server. It stay running but for some reason stop talking to the Xbox
    live. The app stay running but then it look like it stop working. the app dose not close out or freeze. I'm not sure if this an Xbox app issues or the ARK game crashes the Xbox app. This is a brand new windows 10 build. and have uninstalled the Xbox app
    and reinstall the app to see if that would help, it didn't.

    Any ideas?

    Ok tank you. But I have got an other question. We have Ark on my brother's old account, so if we put it as the main account, I can play Ark without any restrictions right ?

    But can I download Ark free on my PC on Windows 10 with the Xbox Play Anywhere, as I'm not the owner of the game ?

    Xbox Play Anywhere game    . This means that once you purchase the game it will be available to download on both Xbox One and Windows 10. We hope this information helps!

    Doesnt have a link....is the store on windows10, its an app, it comes installed with windows10. Hit the windows symbol and search for Microsoft Store .

    I remember that, on the play anywhere titles, that you can play it in both platforms (PC and Xbox) when buying through " https://www.xbox.com/en-US/ " or the windows 10 store will work in both platforms, but some games like ARK
    or Rise of Tomb Raider    , they are available on Windows 10 but they are not on Play Anywhere games , so be careful buying through the website, because if you buy a game that exist on windows10 and is not a play anywhere title, you are
    actually buying to Xbox One.

    So, for windows 10 games, I recommend using windows 10 store.

    I need help with Ark Survival Evolved after downloading it from the Microsoft the store two days ago and re downloading it today and installing the newst versions of windows, i still lose connection to the host or time out and i have no mods or anything
