    Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition isn't downloading


    So I have been trying to download the Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition that comes with the multiple DLCs and skin pack for a while now, and the DLCs and everything will download fine but will show an error (Error Code: 0x80073D12) simply stating I need to install the app or game it works with. I waited for the base download named "Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition" to finish downloading thinking that would fix the issues with the DLCs that finished before it, but when it reached roughly 90% it gave me a new error (Error Code: 0x803FB107) saying that "One or more items in this bundle didn't install yet..." How do I fix this issue? It's asking for me to download the base game so the DLCs can finish downloading but the base game itself wont download without the DLCs being downloaded. I've tried updating Xbox and the Microsoft store, Ive tried updating my computer, I reset my computer, I logged out of Microsoft store and xbox and relogged in. Nothing seems to work.

    I still play ark on steam but I have the Xbox game pas ultimate and its giving me ark ultimate survivor edition for free and I nead the xbox ark to play the ultimate edition so what do I do

    If you try downloading a different game using the Xbox app, did you receive the same error message or not?
    Please try it, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    I was just replying to you that I think Scorched Earth is not free with the base game. Are you sure it is free with it?

    I think it is only available with the ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition or the Season Pass.

    No problem, and I'm glad you've got to the bottom of it!

    ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition is still part of Game Pass on both console and PC. I'm not sure if that was the version of the game you were playing.

    It definitely does get confusing sometimes though, with all the different subscriptions and sharing options.
