Ark: survival wont go past loading screen xbox beta pc

I'm trying to load up Ark on xbox beta for pc and cant get it to get past this screen

After about 10 min the loading indicator goes away and I can click start agian and go through the same issue.

I have reinstalled the game, checked and turned off firewalls, antivirus, and anything else I thought might block the game from running, but no luck.

What else can I do to get this to work?

The music still plays smoothly from the game

What version of Windows 10 are you running? What video card do you have? Do you have updated video card drivers?

Evga h55 motherboard

Weird thing is its started working randomly.
