ARK Survival game - sync problems - anyone else having this problem?

It looks like my this is only happening to my ARK game and I have already installed it again and did all the possible steps to fix it. All my other games work fine. Is there currently a problem with this game?

Corrupt Data?

Um.. So I'm confused. I've gone through four microsoft chats all telling me to different thinks to fix my local data. I've been trying to play Ark Survival Evovled and I can't sync the data, or get my progress to save, it keeps telling me to clear local
data, and re-sync it. But that's not helping so if anyone else is having this problem and can help me let me know.

 

Fallout shelter syncing

Keep getting data sync problem when launching it just stays on data sync tried reinstalling and everything all my other games work fine just this game. Anyone else having problems

 

I am having the same problem. It said that all of my saved data was lost or something like that.

 

Yeah me too im fuming so fed up with this i gave up on the unbalanced PvP i found Pve a pain becoz altho i cannot be attacked people can still be *** on it and now my singleplayer saves are gone hours of my life ill never get back, im currently searching
the web for a contact ark for a refund button lol becoz i have well and truly lost the will with this game shame becoz i really liked it at first but now screw it i mean who wants to play a game in which it takes days to get somewhere and if you manage to
not be raided or attacked by another tribe you then have to worry about the creators of the game practically raiding the server and resetting everything. i want my money back Microsoft.
