ARK: Survival Evolved

Hey is there any reason you know of why my Grandson's Xbox keeps cutting off while he is playing ARK: Survival Evolved. He is into the game for about 20 minutes at the lava golem cave and the xbox just completly cuts off - lights go off the console and
it has to be restarted manually. All his other games work fine - this has been happening for the last couple of days. Also he had a big Mircosoft xbox update this morning but it still cuts off when trying to play this game. He plays with his friends in the
host non-dedcated session, if that matters. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I Purchased ARK: Survival Evolved (Game Preview) in xbox live store, But .. did not receive my 1250 points . where is my points?

 

Do you know if he is playing on Ragnarok? I'm getting the same thing on that world but not the island or the center.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you - it is happening where ever he is. He is very frustrated...Mircosoft says it is mostly likely the game - Ark support has yet to reply with any help....
