Ark Survival Evolved XGP not working now not downloading

So i have been playing ark for like 4-5 months now and usually every month i'm not able to start up ark and the only way to fix it was by just waiting i have tried everything on the internet. downloaded correct updates for windows, changed many files and
checked video drivers though it never worked so i left it. Now it didn't work for 5 days so i decided i'm going to re-install though before that i tried fixing the start-up problem by installing "windows update assistant" and it download some update on my
PC that was supposed to help me play ark. The start-up problem didn't get resolved so i tried re-installing ark though now my game wont even download i have checked if my game pass might be out of date but i'm still able to access any other game or download
any other game. It says its downloading though its just stuck on a certain Mb. I don't know what to do. SOS
