    ARK: Survival Evolved Windows 10 Edition won't load


    I launch ARK: Survival Evolved, log in, and am prompted with a 'Syncing Data' screen. The progress bar doesn't get past 0%, even after being left for hours. I know this is an error with Xbox on Windows 10 because I can run the Steam version of this game
    perfectly fine, and I also had trouble with the Sea of Thieves Closed Alpha a few months ago. I would appreciate any help with this, because I've tried everything I know, and researched a solution for a while now. I believe this is an error with the services
    related to Xbox on my PC, because after stopping and starting these services, the progress bar loads, however then the game stops responding.

    PC Specs:

    Ryzen 7 1800x

    GTX 1080 TI

    16GB RAM

    GIGABYTE Aorus Gaming-5

    Hi!

    Try logout and logging in from the store (even from the mobile app). Otherwise try to reset the store settings with the "wsreset" command.

    hello there and thank you for coming to the forums, sorry to hear you are having some problems getting Ark to load up.

    i dont know too much when it comes to pc gaming but i did find a link that could possibly help it gives multiple things to do to get it working with windows 10 -> Ark

    I believe that Ark Survival Evolved is not a cross platform game. I understand you and your friend are using Windows 10 but there is no cross play with Ark Survival Evolved between Xbox GamePass Beta and Steam.
